Eating, Body, and Weight Concerns
If you are managing difficulties with body satisfaction, disordered eating, or chronic dieting, you are in good hands. Dr. Michelle’s masters and doctoral research centred around weight related issues, and she knows how frustrating, exhausting, and shameful they can feel. If you are looking for a safe space to share these vulnerabilities and get support in meeting your physical and emotional needs, she would love to help.
Relationships

ADD/ADHD and Learning Challenges
Difficulty with attention and/or learning impact day-to-day life greatly. At The Well, we have two options for addressing such concerns. First, if needed, we will conduct a thorough assessment to determine your or your child’s areas of difficulty and/or diagnosis. Second, we can provide ongoing adult, parent, or child focused therapy to implement strategies and navigate the emotional difficulties related to your or your child’s needs.
